Our standard rental period is 14 days, which is included in the initial rental cost. If you need the dumpster for a longer duration, we offer extensions at a rate of $10 per day. We recommend informing us of your expected timeline when you place your order.

For safety reasons, certain hazardous materials are not allowed in our dumpsters. These include items such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, and electronics. When you book your dumpster, we'll provide you with a detailed list of prohibited items to ensure compliance.

Our rental prices are competitive and vary based on several factors, including dumpster size, delivery location, rental duration, and type of debris. Permits aren't typically required for dumpster placement on private property, such as your driveway. However, if you need to place the dumpster on a public street, many local authorities require a permit. Our team can help you determine if a permit is necessary and guide you through the application process if needed.

You can easily schedule a dumpster delivery through our website, over the phone, or by email. While we often can accommodate same-day deliveries, we suggest booking 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability for your preferred delivery date.

If you fill the dumpster before your rental period is over, you have two options. You can request an early pickup, or we can provide a swap-out service where we empty and return the dumpster. Please note that additional fees apply if you request a new empty dumpster.

For safety and liability reasons, we strongly advise against moving the dumpster after it has been placed. If you need the dumpster repositioned, please contact our team, and we'll arrange to move it for you safely and efficiently.

Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charges based on the excess tonnage. To help you avoid unexpected costs, we provide clear weight limits upfront. Our overage fee is $100 per ton above the specified limit.

To prepare for dumpster delivery, please ensure the designated drop-off area is clear of vehicles and obstacles. A flat, hard surface like a driveway is ideal for placement. Our team will provide specific guidance throughout the setup process to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
