What sizes of dumpsters do you offer?
Our dumpster offerings include various sizes, typically 15-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard options. The appropriate size for your needs will depend on the nature of your project and the volume of waste you anticipate.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 14 days, which is included in your initial rental fee. If you require additional time, extensions are available at a rate of $10 per day. Please inform us of your expected timeline in advance.
What items are prohibited in the dumpster?
Certain hazardous materials are not permitted in our dumpsters. These include paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, and electronics. Upon booking, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of prohibited items.
How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
Our pricing is competitive and varies based on factors such as dumpster size, location, rental duration, and type of debris. We offer price matching against competitor rates. For a personalized quote tailored to your specific requirements, please contact our team.
Do I need a permit to rent and place a dumpster ?
Permits are not required for dumpster placement on private property, such as your driveway. However, if you need the dumpster placed on a public street, many municipalities require a permit. Our team can assist you in determining permit requirements and guide you through the application process if necessary.
How do I schedule a dumpster delivery?
You can schedule a dumpster delivery through our website, by phone, or via email. While we often accommodate same-day deliveries, we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date.
What if I fill the dumpster before my rental period ends?
If you fill the dumpster before your rental period concludes, you have the option to request an early pickup or a swap-out service where we empty and return the dumpster. Please note that additional fees apply if a new empty dumpster is requested.
Can I move the dumpster once it's placed?
For safety and liability reasons, we advise against moving the dumpster after placement. If repositioning is necessary, please contact our team, and we will arrange to move it for you.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
Exceeding the weight limit results in additional charges based on the excess tonnage. To avoid unexpected costs, we provide clear weight limits upfront. Our overage fee is $100 per ton above the specified limit.
How do I prepare for dumpster delivery?
To prepare for dumpster delivery, ensure the designated drop-off area is free of vehicles and obstacles. A flat, hard surface like a driveway is ideal for placement. Our team will provide guidance throughout the setup process to ensure a smooth delivery.
